Cant see huh?! |
| Ok so they are hard to see, well....I didn't make them visible because these items have not yet launched yet on the AOL service. What I wanted to show is the amount of detail it goes into specifications for a product. Each square represents 11x17 printouts of modules that we will be creating for a particular product. Ususally this is how I deliever specs to development, either in PDF format or book format. |

| Wireframe sketching in Illustrator |
| Instead of creating normal line drawings. I created a "brush" stroke in Adobe Illustrator that made my specifications look more like "sketches". This was especially constructive when showing people these wireframes because it made them understand that they definately were not finished products, and had alot of iterations to come. Showing people a clean finished wireframe may work against the designer if the people view and pass around to other team members. |
